Metro Turizm Dropped Me on a Highway Instead of the Bus Terminal at Night

On March 15, 2026, at 10:00 PM, I purchased a ticket from Metro Turizm to travel from Konya to the Kulu district. The bus I traveled on had the license plate 42 BFC 405, and the journey ended around 12:14 AM.
However, instead of entering Kulu Bus Terminal, which was the designated arrival point, the bus continued along the main highway without entering the terminal and without making any announcement or informing passengers.
When I realized this and asked the driver whether the bus would enter the terminal, the vehicle stopped on the side of the main road, and I was dropped off there in the middle of the night while traffic was still flowing.
Even though my luggage remained on the traffic-facing side of the bus, I was asked to retrieve it without any safety precautions being taken. Dropping passengers off in this way on a busy highway is extremely dangerous and clearly disregards passenger safety.
As a passenger, it is my most basic right to expect the transportation service I purchased to be carried out safely and in accordance with the rules. Not entering the bus terminal and leaving me on the roadside put my safety at risk and caused serious inconvenience.
I request that this irresponsible practice be investigated, that appropriate action be taken against the responsible personnel, and that necessary measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
I was dropped off on the main road at night instead of Kulu bus station without any security measures, my luggage was left in traffic, and there was no communication with Metro Turizm; no solution or response was provided.
