My Kwai Was Suddenly Banned For No Reason

I have been using the Kwai mobile application with the username “小黑.畅” and Kwai ID 5042913903, and today at around 9 a.m., my account was suddenly flagged as “abnormal” while I was actively using the app. A message appeared stating that there was abnormal activity and asking me to self‑deactivate my account, without giving any concrete or specific reason for this action. I have never knowingly violated any Kwai rules or community guidelines, so I consider this ban and the “abnormal activity” notice to be completely unjustified. I immediately contacted Kwai support by email to ask for clarification and help, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account be unbanned and fully restored as soon as possible, and that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was flagged as abnormal in the first place. I want this matter to be investigated urgently and my access to my account and its features to be reinstated.
