WePlay Support Should Recheck My Account Ban and Lift This Unfair Penalty

I am writing regarding the ban placed on my Weplay account with the username “rarity”. While I was in a voice chat, my account was suddenly banned, and I was informed that the ban would last until 15.05:07. The stated reason was “being rude”, but I believe this is a misunderstanding and that I did not do anything that would justify such a punishment. During the voice chat, I did not intentionally insult or harass anyone, and I did not receive any prior warning before the ban was applied. I feel that this decision is unfair and does not reflect what actually happened in that session. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, including the relevant voice chat records if possible, and that my ban be lifted. I would like to continue using my account “rarity”, and I am ready to provide any additional information if needed during the review.
