GAP Canceled My Order Without Notice – No Communication
I placed an order for three items from GAP, and while two arrived, the third never did. This morning, I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp and was informed by an employee named Yağmur that my item (order #307894063) was canceled due to unavailability. No prior notice or communication was given, which is incredibly unprofessional. I spent ₺5300 on this order, expecting better service. Even ordinary stores inform their customers about issues with their orders. If I hadn’t reached out, I would still be waiting for a package that isn’t coming. The canceled item was a birthday gift, and now I have to scramble to find something else. I demand an immediate refund and will be sharing this frustrating experience on social media.
