Missing Delivery at GAP

On November 24, 2023, I placed an order with GAP for 4 items. For three weeks, the system indicated that my products were 'being prepared.' When I contacted GAP, I was informed that the products were marked as 'lost' and returned, despite available inventory (after a month). I don't understand how deliveries to stores can be lost when they are in stock at the warehouse. There are still products in stock. Even if they were marked as lost, I don't understand why the available inventory couldn't be shipped. GAP held onto my money for three weeks and only refunded it after everything was concluded. This situation is embarrassing. I paid the full amount for items that never arrived. When I called, I was told that such problems could occur with all brands during discount periods. If your team can't handle it, you shouldn't offer such discounts. Additionally, customer service never responds to emails or inquiries through the app. It seems like they are trying to keep your money for as long as possible.
