Franke Broken, Faulty Parts, and Unresponsive Customer Service

The refrigerator I bought from you in April 2022 broke down in June 2023. We contacted the Franke service in Bodrum, who came around and informed us that the memory card needed to be replaced. If they have it in stock, it can be replaced right away; if not, they can order it from headquarters and notify us the next day. We received no feedback the following day, so we contacted the service after two days. I was told, quote, 'you have to wait it out, I already told you it would be coming!' in a very rude manner. I complained to the Franke Turkey service about their manner and behavior. We were told they would contact us within 24 hours, but after 48 hours had passed with no response, we contacted them again. I've called the service at least 20 to 25 times in the last few weeks with no results, and it's impossible to reach Mr. Serdar, who is in charge of this area. As a result, today is June 9, 2023, and my refrigerator is still broken. I will never, ever purchase or recommend Franke again. I anticipate a solution to this problem within the next three days and eagerly await your feedback and solution. Today, we are four days further, and the service has not been reached, despite the fact that we have been promised feedback. Consumer rights entitle us to a temporary replacement refrigerator if the current refrigerator cannot be repaired, and we are required to renew the refrigerator within 30 days, but the service does not even return our calls. As a result, we have been forced to purchase a new refrigerator, despite the fact that the current one is only one year old and still under warranty. We intend to file legal action against this brand and company.
