Arçelik's authorized service is causing significant issues for customers, and sadly, Arçelik headquarters seems complicit in this. On 17.05.2024, my refrigerator's broken compressor was replaced, and I paid ₺7500. However, just a month later, the refrigerator broke down again, making a loud noise like a tractor was running in my kitchen. The service came on 14.06.2024, took it to the workshop, supposedly repaired it, and returned it, but nothing changed. In fact, it got worse. I called the service again on 16.07.2024, but for 20 days, despite calling daily, no one came, and they failed to resolve my issue. During this time, I couldn't even give my 1-year-old son yogurt or cold water in the middle of summer. On September 2nd, Arçelik forced me to buy a new refrigerator, and now, when I ask for the ₺7500 refund for the faulty service, they direct me to "Bağcılar Mahmutbey" authorized service. But Bağcılar is mocking me, refusing to make the payment after 3 months. When I bought the refrigerator, I trusted the Arçelik brand. Arçelik should resolve this issue directly, not pass it off to their authorized service. If this is how high your customer satisfaction is, no one should consider purchasing from Arçelik. I was the victim, and I hope others won’t be.
