I'm writing to say that I'm not happy with the technical service from Bosch Turkey. I bought a new Bosch fridge with the model number kgn76aif0n in August 2021. After only one year, the fridge broke down in November 2022, and the technical service replaced the compressor for free. But the fridge broke down again on March 26, 2023, and they didn't figure out that it wasn't cooling right until two days ago. They told me it would be changed, but they didn't know when. Because of this, I haven't had a fridge for ten days now. I'm upset that Bosch didn't give me a new fridge or help me figure out what was wrong. This is not acceptable, and I want them to fix it right away.
