Kyc Port Needs to Reset My Two-Factor Authentication After Setup Error

I am writing regarding a problem I am facing on my Kyc Port account after activating two-factor authentication by mistake. Yesterday evening, I enabled two-factor authentication without copying or saving the private key, and since then I can no longer manage this security setting. I am using a Tecno Camon 40 Pro phone, and because I do not have the private key or backup code, I am unable to deactivate two-factor authentication myself. I have not been able to find a way to contact Kyc Port customer support directly, so I am reaching out through this complaint to request assistance. I kindly ask Kyc Port to help me by disabling two-factor authentication on my account or by providing a secure recovery process so that I can regain full control over my account security settings.
