Mostbet Failed to Credit My eSewa Deposits and Has Not Issued a Refund

I am writing to report an issue with two deposits I made to my Mostbet casino account via eSewa on 9 June 2026, which have not been credited or refunded in any way. On that date, I deposited 2,000 via eSewa, and after that a second amount of 1,500 via eSewa as well. Neither of these deposits has been credited to my Mostbet casino balance. Despite this, the amounts have been debited from my eSewa account, so I am currently out of pocket with no access to the funds on Mostbet. I have tried to reach out to customer support, but I have not received any response so far, and the problem remains unresolved. I kindly request that the total amount of these two deposits be refunded in full back to my eSewa account as soon as possible. I also ask that you urgently investigate this issue and confirm the status of my refund without further delay.
