1win Failed to Credit My ₹21,000 PhonePe Deposit

I made a deposit of 21,000 INR to my 1win account via UPI using the PhonePe application on 29.05.2026, but this amount has still not been added to my gaming balance. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account and is shown as completed in PhonePe, yet it is not reflected in my 1win balance. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue and have been following up for 11 days. However, I keep receiving the same repeated responses without any real solution or correction of my balance, and the missing deposit has still not been credited. I request that my 21,000 INR deposit made on 29.05.2026 via UPI (PhonePe) be urgently located and added to my 1win gaming balance as soon as possible, or that a full refund be issued to my original payment method if the deposit cannot be processed.
