Vestel Didn't Repair the Refrigerator That's Not Cooling

Our Vestel brand refrigerator broke down and stopped cooling. We requested service, and they took the product on June 7, 2024, promising to diagnose and inform us of the problem. On June 22, they returned the refrigerator without prior notice, requesting a payment of ₺3,800. Given the delay of 15 days beyond the agreed timeline, we negotiated with the service and settled on ₺3,000, under the condition that the refrigerator was repaired. However, upon its return, we noticed the shelves and freezer drawers were missing, and worse, the refrigerator was still malfunctioning as before. They had merely refilled the gas without fixing the underlying issue, likely a manufacturing defect causing a gas leak. We immediately contacted customer service again, and after six days, they retrieved the refrigerator for further inspection. They assured us they would diagnose and inform us of the problem promptly. As of July 4, 2024, we have yet to receive any updates on the diagnosis. We've been without a refrigerator for almost a month during this hot summer, causing all our food and sacrificial meat to spoil. Vestel has failed to honor its promise of resolving the issue within 20 working days, exceeding legal deadlines. We are no longer interested in explanations; we demand either our repaired refrigerator or a replacement if the issue stems from a manufacturing defect.
