I placed a Shein order with the number ZA120268531756 on 18 May 2026 to be delivered to Limpopo, South Africa. According to the tracking information, the parcel has been in transit since 26 May 2026 and there has been no further update or communication from Shein or the courier company Speedaf. I have tried to contact both Shein and Speedaf regarding this undelivered order, but I have not received any helpful response or solution, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that my order ZA120268531756 be located and delivered to me immediately without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly about the current status of my parcel.
