Arcelik Takes Refrigerator Spare Part Replacement Too Slowly
I scheduled an appointment with Amasya Arçelik authorized service to report a malfunction in my refrigerator. On Friday, July 12, 2024, the service team arrived and informed me that my refrigerator motor had burned out and needed to be replaced, quoting a price of 7,300 TL. I agreed to the replacement. However, they later informed me that the refrigerator would be taken in for motor replacement on Monday, July 15th, and that the workshop work would be completed within 2 to 3 business days. They also mentioned that the initial price was incorrect and had been adjusted to 8,300 TL. Despite the price change, I still agreed to proceed with the motor replacement. On Monday, July 15th, the refrigerator was taken to the workshop. As of Tuesday, July 23rd, the refrigerator has not been returned, and I have not received any updates. Despite leaving messages requesting a call back, I have received no communication. The incorrect pricing and the lack of information about the refrigerator's status are extremely frustrating. Dealing with Arçelik authorized service has been a regrettable experience.
