Franke Stove Deformed After Installation, but I Got No Response from Technical Service





On August 12, 2024, we bought a Franke stove from K. Maraş Belde AVM. The installation took around three days and went very successfully. However, once the stove was fitted, deformations emerged on the central wok burner, as shown in the photographs below. White patches occurred on both the cast iron and the enamel-coated lower portion of the stove. When we arrived at the store, they informed us that the issue will be handled by technical service and urged us to send the photos to them. It's been three days and the technical service hasn't responded.

It has been a week since the technical service stated that they would send an email to Franke for the replacement of the products we mentioned and indicated that we are right. There has been no response. We are waiting.

It has been 2 weeks since the technical service team said they would send an email, and we are still waiting for a response.

Three weeks have passed since we sent an email to technical support and are waiting for a response, but no one has contacted us yet. We are still waiting.

We wrote an email to the technical service and have been waiting for a response for 4 weeks, which makes it exactly 1 month. No one is interested in us anymore, and no one is responding. I am completely regretful for choosing the Franke brand.

The technical service said they were waiting for a spare part, and it's been 1 month since then. The total process has been 2 months, and our problem still hasn't been resolved. Franke is a disappointment.
