I choose to get a built-in product from a reputable brand. I purchased the Electrolux kgg64362k 60 cm black glass built-in stove from Hepsiburada. On August 16, 2024, the product arrived fast and securely. On Saturday, August 17, 2024, I requested service installation at my address in Bağcılar for a guaranteed installation. Electrolux called the Bahçelievler service. On August 17, 2024, they said that the service installation would take place on Monday, August 19, 2024. They requested for the product's barcode and invoice details. I forwarded the photographs to their phone number, 5069***58. They were advised on Monday morning that they would come during the daytime. I contacted them again at 16:45 and inquired when they would arrive. They stated they'd come and install by 18:00. Despite the fact that my money had been withheld from work, I uninstalled the fitted stove and waited for friends while the installation place was arranged. Two employees arrived to the installation at 17:45. The employees who arrived left without unpacking or assembling the merchandise, either because their employment stopped at 18:00 or because they were unsure how to execute the job. They stated that the Flex pipe in the previous stove was incompatible and that they would not install it because the mounting hole of the Pera built-in appliance, which I had been using for 12 years, was 1 centimeter larger. According to the handbook, the assembly size is 56 cm When we called the service, there was no written or verbal notification that the Flex pipe should meet the TSE standard, and it is understood that they do not know the job here; there are men who do not know how to hold a screwdriver, and they waste their time and receive service fees from the factory that they do not deserve. The Electrolux brand, which is a quality corporation, has had its reputation ruined by such easy services, and it is unable to demonstrate its quality status. Thank you so much for all you put me through. I don't need your warranty or service. As a competent mechanical engineer, I can tighten the torque values more precisely than you can.
