My Bosch Oven Order Missing for 46 Days
I purchased a stove and built-in oven from Bosch's official website on November 20, 2023. When the stove arrived, the built-in oven was still nowhere to be seen. It's been a staggering 46 days since the order, and the customer service has been of little help, merely creating tickets with no further action. Promises of a callback are empty, and even contacting the General Directorate yielded only another unattended ticket. The frustration is immeasurable. A renowned brand like Bosch should not leave its customers in such distress. Those considering Bosch should think twice before purchasing. No more generic responses; I need a solution. They called shortly, saying they were waiting for an appointment from logistics (they had said this before). It's this hour now, and there is still no response. The problem continues!

Fifty-two days after the order, the product was finally delivered, thanks to Şikayetvar. There is slight deformation on the product, but I can't embark on a new adventure with Bosch. Thank you Şikayetvar, I'm glad you exist.
