On Monday, November 18, 2024, M*** Ç*** from Franke’s branch came to check my dishwasher and informed me that the processor needed to be replaced, estimating that the repair process would take about a week. After paying approximately ₺10,500, they took my dishwasher to the workshop the same day. On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, they returned my repaired dishwasher and installed it at my home, but a new issue emerged immediately after installation. The technicians claimed the problem would resolve itself within 5-10 minutes, while M*** Ç*** suggested waiting until the evening for it to fix itself. However, when the issue persisted by evening, I called the technician, and they assured me they would handle it soon. Despite this, two days passed with no follow-up from Franke. When I called Franke’s customer service, I found out that their system showed the issue as "resolved." On Monday, November 25, 2024, they came back to take the dishwasher to the workshop again. However, every time I called Franke's branch after that, they told me the machine was ready and would be delivered the next business day, offering conflicting reasons such as needing to replace the pump motor and washing motor, conducting tests, ordering tartar spray, receiving the wrong spray, and waiting for spare parts. On Thursday, December 5, 2024, a technician named Muhammed from Franke’s branch informed me that the legal repair period was 20 days, the system had been mistakenly updated to show my machine as ready, and my dishwasher would be delivered by Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the latest. Throughout this entire process, no Franke employee offered any real assistance regarding the inconvenience I experienced.
