In November 2023, I purchased an Arçelik built-in stove, but for an unknown reason, the stove's paint started peeling off. I am very disappointed and saddened by this situation. It is unbecoming of a product from such a reputable company.
Unfortunately, I am waiting for the authorities to intervene and replace the product with the one I requested. I hope Arçelik will address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution.
