Dealing with a business that took fifteen days to fix a broken Franke dishwasher is very confusing. Even though I contacted your regional and headquarters offices multiple times a day, I never got a response or any kind of politeness, and you still haven't fixed the problem. The idea of professionalism appears to be nonexistent here in Ankara, the capital city. I think a local brand, like Arçelik or Beko, would have fixed the machine right away or even remade it the same day if I had gone with them. I went and saw it.
