Unacceptable Service and Delivery Delays from Arçelik

I contacted Arçelik through the numbers 0 (850) 255 12 11 and 0 (850) 308 75 62. They told me the main board of my dishwasher was faulty, and 13 days ago they took it from my home, saying it would be returned within two days. They quoted a price of ₺6,400. When I called this Monday after so many days had passed, I told them not to proceed with the repair and to return my machine instead. They responded saying the repair was already completed and the machine would be delivered that day — but it wasn't. The next morning, they called and said the delivery was delayed but would arrive shortly. I waited for five hours, and when I called again to ask where the machine was and why it hadn't been delivered, they gave various excuses and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. When I said I didn’t want the repair anymore, they replied rudely with, “You’ll wait, what else do you have to do? Everyone waits.” I understand that some delays happen, but the machine wasn’t returned within the promised time, and I was even told, “You should have bought a new one.” I had actually requested cancellation to buy a new one, but they went ahead with the repair anyway — and now it’s not even being delivered. I’ve never seen a service team this disrespectful and unprofessional in my life.
