I wish I hadn't bought a Franke dishwashing machine because the card keeps breaking, which keeps the machine from starting the wash cycle. Even though I've called their technical support several times and used the machine correctly, I still have this problem every six months. Every time I call for help, I have to pay for the repair, and the problem keeps happening. This is a very frustrating and expensive situation, and I wish I had never bought this brand to begin with. I'm disappointed and fed up with Franke's bad product design and customer service. I would not suggest this brand to anyone who wants a good dishwasher. If you are looking for a dishwasher on Google, you should never choose Franke.
