Franke is such a disappointment! I'm really disappointed. I don't trust Franke anymore. Unfortunately, the three Franke dishwashers we bought for our home, summer house, and our daughter are totally rusted and all the baskets are breaking. The baskets are rusty on both the bottom and top parts. I don't want to spend money again on dishwasher baskets that we paid a lot for. The company should replace all the baskets in these three machines that weren't damaged because of user error. In this embarrassing situation, I hope for a solution that suits Franke.
