Fox Rent A Car Never Honored My Airport Reservation

In February, we made a reservation with Fox Rent A Car in Skopje to rent a Škoda Scala. During a phone call, we were told that we would be met at Skopje International Airport at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27. We also provided all the requested documents in advance, including our flight itinerary, passport information, and driver's license details.

Despite this, when we arrived at the airport, no Fox Rent A Car representative was there to meet us. When we contacted the company, they admitted that, even though they had our WhatsApp conversations confirming the reservation, they had failed to enter our booking into their system. They told us they could not help because they had no vehicles available.

As a result of the company's mistake, my 85-year-old grandfather, who has difficulty walking, and I were left stranded at the airport with no transportation. We experienced significant inconvenience and distress. I still have the WhatsApp messages and reservation details and can provide them as evidence if needed.

I request that Fox Rent A Car accept responsibility for its error, compensate us for the financial and emotional hardship we experienced, and take appropriate action to prevent other customers from facing the same situation.
