Sixt Deposit Not Refunded Despite No Rental
We made a reservation to rent a car at the Kosova airport and paid a deposit. However, our flight was delayed by an hour, and they moved our car reservation to the next day. We had no choice but to rent another car, but our deposit was not refunded.
The Sixt representatives assured us that the reservation would be automatically canceled and our money would be refunded, but no refund has been received. We ended up paying more than two days' worth of rental fees for a car we didn’t even use. We’re requesting the immediate refund of our deposit, as we shouldn’t have to pay for a service we didn’t receive.
