I Face Non-Delivery of Rental Car and No Refund from Booking.com for Sarajevo Booking
On July 7, I booked a rental car in Sarajevo through Booking.com with the company 387 Rentacar. A total of ₺9.816,25 was charged to my credit card. On July 20, I arrived at the company’s office exactly on time to collect the car, but the vehicle was never delivered. Since that day, I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, sent six separate emails, and even opened a case file with their customer relations team. Each time, I only received automated responses or was told to “open a case with customer relations” again.
When I called, I was either redirected to the rental company or told there was nothing they could do. The rental company’s staff either did not answer the phone or claimed they could not assist me. I also filed a dispute with my bank, but despite all my efforts, the ₺9.816,25 I paid has still not been refunded.
Booking.com has offered no concrete solution, and I am left without the car I paid for or my money back. I demand the immediate cash refund of the full amount without further delay. This matter must be resolved promptly.
