I Booked the Wrong Car Through Booking.com in Cyprus and Can’t Reach Support

We were planning to rent a car in Northern Cyprus and used the Booking.com app to search. Even though I clearly searched for Northern Cyprus, the platform showed cars based at Larnaca Airport in Southern Cyprus—a completely different jurisdiction. As a result, we mistakenly made a wrong car reservation, which we noticed too late.
When I realized the issue, I immediately tried to contact Booking.com and the rental company to cancel, but no one responded. Booking's customer service is completely unreachable, and all I’ve received are automated messages. They also asked for my flight details, which I uploaded, yet I never got any follow-up or clarification.
This whole experience has been frustrating, misleading, and unacceptable. I demand a full refund for this booking error caused by inaccurate location listings on Booking.com. At the very least, they must offer better customer support when something goes wrong—especially when the platform's search results lead to booking mistakes like this. I expect a resolution immediately.
