Flyone overcharged me unfairly

After using FlyOne's services, I can say with certainty that I am not happy with anything about them. My attempt to check in online the day before arrival, as requested, resulted in an error message and a 60€ fee at check-in. It was very annoying that this happened. In addition, the flight was delayed for four hours, and FlyOne is doing everything it can to tack on extra fees. Nobody seems to care about me, and FlyOne's customer service isn't focused on finding workable solutions. If I could give my friends any advice, it would be to tell them that FlyOne is not worth the trouble and anxiety it causes.
