Flyone Charged Me Extra After Broken Online Check-In and Hand Bag Rejection at Gate
Flyone’s online check-in system didn’t work, and because of that, I was unable to complete my check-in in advance. As a result, they charged me £45 per person at the airport for something that was entirely their fault. Their system was down, yet I was penalized as if it was my mistake. That alone was incredibly frustrating. But it didn’t stop there. On my outbound flight, I carried a small handbag with no issue. On the return flight, the same bag was suddenly not allowed in the cabin, and they forced me to pay an additional fee for it. This is pure exploitation. I demand a full refund for all these unjustified charges. Flyone needs to fix their system and stop taking advantage of travelers.
