Flyone Charged Me €40 Despite Paying for a Seat – Misleading Information on Check-In

April 18, 2024 7:50 AM125

I paid for a seat on Flyone, but when I arrived at the airport, they charged me an additional €40, claiming that I needed to do online check-in. Nowhere during the booking process was it clearly stated that I needed to complete online check-in after purchasing a seat. This feels like a blatant attempt to mislead passengers. If a regular person or company did this, it would be called something else entirely. Flyone operates without any accountability, and no one seems to question these practices. I will never fly with this airline again.
