Unreachable Flyone Customer Service and a 16-hour Flight Delay

I can't believe there's an airline as awful as Flyone. Their customer representatives are unreachable, flights are delayed without informing passengers, and not just by 1-2 hours, but a whopping 16-hour delay! 😤😤 I wasn't even notified about the delayed flight. I traveled all the way from a city in Ukraine, which is 17 hours away from the airport, and arrived at the airport 4 hours before the scheduled flight, only to find out it was delayed by 16 hours.
