Amazon Sent Defective Fisher Price Toy and Only Offers Refund, Not Replacement

I’ve been shopping on Amazon for years without any issues, but the one time I encountered a problem, their support was unhelpful. I purchased a Fisher Price Pretty DJ for my child, and it arrived defective. When I requested a replacement, I was pushed towards a refund instead, despite wanting an exchange. I bought the item on sale, and now the price has increased. They’re offering to refund my money after 14 days, which is frustrating. It's disappointing that a global brand like Amazon can't handle a simple replacement, especially after sending a faulty product. It feels like they're not as reliable as they used to be.
