We purchased the Fisher-Price Walker Friend, and after just one month, the toy stopped working. My child is only 8 months old and barely used it. We chose this product because we believed it to be sturdy and of high quality, and we paid a significant amount for it. Now, the toy’s sound doesn’t work, only the lights turn on. I am requesting a refund for this faulty product. It’s disappointing to invest in a trusted brand and end up with a defective toy. Please do not inconvenience your customers; resolve this issue promptly.
