Fisher-Price Happy Cloud Mobile Not Rotating After 2 Years

I purchased the Fisher-Price Happy Cloud Mobile, but unfortunately, I barely used it because my daughter spent most of her time in the hospital. Now, as I finally set it up to use, I discovered that the mobile doesn't rotate at all. The sound and lights work, but the rotation function doesn’t. I’m at a loss as to what to do. It’s been two years since I bought it, and during this time, the toy was never used. It’s disheartening that a brand-new product has this issue despite not being used for such a long period. I’m seeking advice or assistance on how to resolve this issue so my daughter can finally enjoy her mobile.
