Fisher Price Toy Tablet Malfunctioned Right Out of the Box—Buttons Not Working

I bought a Fisher Price toy tablet on January 20, when my son was just a newborn, but when I recently opened it to use, it didn’t work. The toy only turns on and off, and none of the buttons respond. All of our toys are from Fisher Price, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a faulty product from this brand. I’m very disappointed and surprised by this experience. I trust Fisher Price, and I hope they will resolve this issue quickly. I request that the company address this problem and provide a solution. I still believe in the brand and hope they don’t let me down.
