My Fisher Price Learning Tablet Stopped Working After Just a Few Uses

Two months ago, I purchased a Fisher Price Learning Tablet as a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, despite being from such a well-known and trusted brand, the tablet has been a huge disappointment. She only got to use it two or three times at most, and now it’s completely non-functional.
The device has no sound, none of the buttons respond, and it doesn’t perform any of its intended features. Occasionally, a red light blinks, but that’s all it does—no interaction, no learning features, nothing. This kind of failure is simply unacceptable for a product aimed at young children and sold under such a reputable name.
I expect Fisher Price to take accountability for this faulty product. I’m requesting an immediate replacement or repair. Please don’t let this poor experience reflect your brand. I sincerely hope your support team will take this issue seriously and help resolve it as soon as possible.
