Hello, I'd like to share an extremely disappointing experience I had with a product I purchased on Amazon. I bought a Mii 360 camera on Amazon, which I started using when my son was born, and I was initially very satisfied with it. However, two weeks ago, while I was updating the camera, there was a power outage, and after that, the camera stopped working. I contacted the Mii support team to resolve the issue, and what I learned shocked me. They informed me that the serial number provided by the "original Amazon seller" with the product box was not valid. At this point, I contacted Amazon customer service, but unfortunately, I received limited assistance in resolving the issue. It was a fact that the Amazon seller had provided an incorrect serial number, rendering my device's warranty invalid. They told me they currently didn't have stock to replace the same product, and there was uncertainty about when they would have it in stock. I contacted them multiple times, initially they claimed Amazon doesn't sell non-genuine products, then they acknowledged I was right, and they said they would get back to me within 3 business days, but they didn't. I called the Mii service, and they promised to call me back and help, but they didn't. My last call to them was two days ago, they said they would call and resolve it within 24 hours, but they didn't. This situation is causing me significant trouble because I can't go a day without my camera. My baby has sleep issues, and I need to monitor him through the camera. Therefore, instead of buying a new camera, I requested that my existing one be fixed, but this request was not accepted. As a result of this experience, I have lost my trust in Amazon, and I wanted to share this complaint to assist other customers who may have had similar experiences. I request that this issue, caused by a fake serial number provided by the seller, be resolved.
