I Face Missing EUR.1 Document and Delayed Delivery on FedEx Shipment 187679255

On June 18, 2025, my products were picked up from Switzerland and were initially scheduled for delivery on June 20. However, the shipment was first delayed for two days in Switzerland, then unnecessarily routed through multiple countries. Later, FedEx sent an apology email explaining that the delays were due to a planning error and incorrect routing.

The shipment eventually arrived in Istanbul and was transferred to Ankara, reaching its destination on June 26, 2025. But despite this, I still haven’t received my products because FedEx lost the EUR.1 customs document that was essential for clearance. I was told to contact the Clearance team, but neither they nor any other FedEx employee, nor even customer service, has provided a meaningful response since then.

Each passing day increases storage and customs clearance fees, yet FedEx has offered no assistance or updates. Losing my document and failing to communicate is unacceptable. I have been waiting since June 26 and still have no idea when I will receive my shipment.

I explicitly demand the immediate resolution of this issue: locate my EUR.1 document, complete the customs process, and deliver my shipment without further delay. If I do not receive a response today, I will pursue legal action.
