I bought a Fakir hair dryer that came with a warranty of more than one and a half years, but it started malfunctioning not long after I started using it normally. During operation, the device melted, the sound abruptly changed, and strange noises started coming from inside. Due to my concerns, I immediately switched it off and stopped making use of it. It is clear, as can be seen from the pictures, that the device melted on its own, which indicates that there is a problem with the warranty. To my knowledge, I should be eligible for a replacement. Should the replacement not be provided, I will take the matter to the Arbitration Board as the next step.
