Think Twice Before Buying A Product From Fakir

Hello, I purchased a trimmer from the Fakir brand, and unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. I sent it to the technical service for repairs under warranty, and they kept me waiting for a whole month, claiming they were waiting for a specific part. After that month, they finally informed me that the product would be replaced with a new one. However, two more months passed, and they informed me that the replacement product wasn't available, offering me an inferior option instead. Naturally, I declined. Subsequently, they promised to refund the purchase price. Yet, it's been nearly three months now, and I still haven't received a satisfactory solution from the brand. I've never encountered such a terrible and unresponsive brand before. What are the brand managers up to? Where's their accountability? No other brand should treat its customers with such disregard. How can a brand claim to offer quality when they can't even fix a simple product within three months? I urge others to steer clear of this brand.
