I bought a Fakir electronic teapot, hoping it would meet the brand's quality promises, but I have to say, I've been quite disappointed. After just a brief period of use, I observed that the outer coating began to peel away, giving the product a worn and inexpensive appearance. The handle is frustratingly loose and unstable, which makes it quite stressful to lift when filled with hot water. It just doesn't give off a sense of security. I reviewed the product specifications once more, and what I received is not in line with what was promised. I didn't receive what I expected for my payment. I’m seeking a satisfactory resolution—specifically, a replacement. I trust that my request will be addressed promptly and with the seriousness it deserves.
