I'm very disappointed. Based on the store employee's recommendation, I chose to buy the Fakir vacuum, avoiding more popular brands. However, this was a mistake. The Fakir vacuum has no suction power. I bought it for its advertised cleaning ability, but it doesn't even pick up dust, let alone clean. I have no carpets in my home, so there's nothing challenging for it to handle, yet it pushes dust around instead of sucking it up. It also shuts off on its own. I am requesting a refund. It appears you've released a defective product, effectively wasting our money.
