Fakir Blames Me for Motor Failure on My Inovator X 7269 Vacuum Under Warranty




I purchased the Fakir İnovator X 7269 cordless upright vacuum, and its motor broke down in less than six months. I took it to the service center, and they claimed it was due to user error. I hadn’t even removed the protective film on it, yet they still insisted it was a usage issue. I reported my complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Board, but they say the motor is defective and not covered under warranty. Despite being a trusted brand, Fakir’s handling of this issue has been extremely disappointing. This situation has caused me to lose faith in both the product and the service. How could I possibly damage the motor without even removing the protective film?
