I deposited 2,000 INT into my 4ra Bet account via Paytm UPI on 22 May 2026 at 09:47 PM, but after a week the amount has still not been credited to my 4ra Bet account, and I have not received any refund either. The payment was made from the Paytm account of Aryan Subhash Gole, and the UPI transaction reference number is 206746400***. My 4ra Bet account is registered with the email address: aryang***@gmail.com. After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my 4ra Bet balance, I contacted your live chat support and provided all the necessary proofs of payment. The support team opened a ticket with the reference number SUP-1484124. Despite this, the only response I keep receiving is that the issue is being checked with “high priority” but there has been no real progress, no clear explanation, and no resolution so far. I request that this matter be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting the 2,000 INT to my 4ra Bet account or refunding the full amount back to my original Paytm UPI payment method. I expect a clear update and a prompt solution, as the delay and repeated generic replies are very disappointing.

The company should look into this soon as many people face same problems. I need a solid reply and they havent even apologised yet. Its the same automated message that they just copy and paste.
