We have been having constant problems since we bought the Fakir RS770 Robot vacuum cleaner. The map is constantly being distorted, the map is shifting on its own, the rooms are spontaneously collapsing into each other. We have to constantly do mapping, but it breaks again. Even though it's at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner, he can't find the charging station and gets confused all the time. We took it to the service at least 3 times and all of them said there was no problem and gave the vacuum cleaner back as is. It is a device that is completely contrary to the logic of a robot vacuum cleaner. If we vacuumed with a normal vacuum cleaner, we would not get so tired. We deeply regret purchasing it. We will now think twice when buying products from the brand. This attitude does not suit the Fakir brand.

As an update: They kindly reached out and showed interest, and they also observed the issues I mentioned above. As a solution, I was redirected to the service center that I had already visited four times, as I mentioned above. I informed them that this was not a solution, and that the device had been returned to me without any action being taken after being told multiple times that there was no issue. What I mentioned above still stands, and if necessary, I will seek my rights in the Consumer Court.

As an update: Thanks to them, they called and took care of me, and they themselves SAW the problems ı mentioned above. As a solution, as ı mentioned above, ı was directed back to the service ı took 4 times. I told them that this was not a solution, that ı had taken it many times before and that the device was delivered without any further action, with the response that there was no problem. What ı states above is still valid, if necessary, ı will seek my rights in Consumer Court.

"I cannot understand what kind of resolution process has been initiated. We couldn't use the product because it wasn't charging, and despite the product being defective, the Fakir customer representative called and said that because the product is a small household appliance, you need to take it to the service center yourself. For the prestige of a world-renowned brand, the size of the product should not matter. A special technical team should be sent to collect the product, examine it to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a promotional gift to satisfy the customer and ensure their trust, and replace the product with a new one. You cannot ensure customer satisfaction and brand trust this way. It was not befitting for a corporate brand like Fakir."
