I am a paying VIP subscriber of the Reelshort app on a monthly plan, registered under the email address vorster***@gmail.com, and I use the app on an Android phone. My most recent monthly payment was made on 26/05/2026. Despite this, the app is currently not recognizing me as a VIP subscriber. Around four days ago, I had a virus problem on my phone, and in the process, I lost the Reelshort app. I immediately downloaded and installed the app again from the store, but since then, my VIP subscription has been inactive in the app, and it treats me as if I have no subscription at all. I have not been able to find a phone number or an effective contact method for Reelshort, so I have not received any help so far. I request that my VIP status be restored on my Reelshort account linked to the email address vorster***@gmail.com as soon as possible, so that I can continue using the features I have already paid for.
