Broken Fakir Electronic Teapot, In Return an Insult to the Costumer!

In November 2021, water started to accumulate in the tank under the Fakir brand electronic teapot I bought. I didn't care. It stopped working after about 6 months. I took it to the Dealer. First, they delayed for a long time. They didn't contact me unless I called. Then they said we were waiting for a part from abroad. Time passed again. I have to call again. Finally, they said the repair was finished and I can pick it up from the dealer. When I went, the teapot wouldn't fit in its tank. They said let's send it to the factory and replace it with a new one. Again, no communication until I called. And I get the answer that it is being examined at the factory. Thus, I talked to the dealer for 3-6 months and 2022 and 2023 passed. In the meantime, I also call Fakir customer service and complain about the dealer. They say they can't do anything, there is no quality cheeck system or procuderes for such complains fro Fakir dealers. When I finally said I want it back from the factory, the machine is neither at the factory nor at the dealer. I applied to the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Board in Istanbul. It was rejected because my name was not on the invoice (which I have an address). The dealer was also sending me WhatsApp messages and they did not give me a service receipt. But the defense given to the actual petition! Supposedly I did not go to pick up the machine, then my nonexistent ex-husband bought the machine and accused me of being dishonest, making deceptive statements, ill-intentioned, and trying to gain unjust profit. In other words, it is not a defense, it is an insult! I am returning it to them as is. I also condemn the board that sent me this defense in this way, and did not send it back saying that this is not a neighborhood fight, that you do not insult people and give a proper defense insteead. I am attaching my petition, defense and the court board's decision here (It is in Turkish so I am not going to attach it but I have it). Watch out for the brand! And the dealers!
