On September 17, 2023, I purchased a Fakir Innovator X Plus 7286 cordless stick vacuum from Bursa Media Markt. To say I am completely dissatisfied would be an understatement. It not only made a strange and annoying noise reminiscent of a comedy routine, but it also struggled to pick up dirt effectively. The vacuum head appeared to struggle with the most basic of tasks. Furthermore, the battery life fell far short of the promised 45-60 minutes, lasting only 30-35 minutes before dying abruptly. I contacted the service department with my complaints, only to be met with a dismissive response claiming that such vacuums work as described. They returned the vacuum to me, insisting that it was in perfect working order. I have no intention of accepting this subpar product or Media Markt's service. I intend to file complaints against both Media Markt and Fakir, and I intend to exercise all of my legal options if necessary. I returned the product within 14 days because it did not meet my expectations. I have every right to do so as a consumer. I had no idea Fakir, a company with such lofty goals, would fail to stand by their product. I'll include a video of the vacuum to demonstrate its poor performance and annoying noise. I urge the Fakir representatives to watch my video before dismissing my claims. Nobody makes money easily, and I certainly didn't spend 9,000 lira on a mediocre product. I'd like a refund. Please do not include a canned response stating that you will contact me. Take appropriate action, as I am more than willing to do what is required of me.

"I cannot understand what kind of resolution process has been initiated. We couldn't use the product because it wasn't charging, and despite the product being defective, the Fakir customer representative called and said that because the product is a small household appliance, you need to take it to the service center yourself. For the prestige of a world-renowned brand, the size of the product should not matter. A special technical team should be sent to collect the product, examine it to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a promotional gift to satisfy the customer and ensure their trust, and replace the product with a new one. You cannot ensure customer satisfaction and brand trust this way. It was not befitting for a corporate brand like Fakir."
