Fakir TVL 90 Tower Fan Turns On Itself - No Refund Or Replacement
On July 22, I purchased a Fakir TVL 90 tower fan. About two to three weeks after buying it, the device began malfunctioning—it would turn on by itself and, even after being switched off, it would turn back on again. I took it to the store where I bought it, and they replaced it, saying that if the same problem occurred again, I should contact the service center. Unfortunately, the second unit developed the same issue. This time, I brought it to the authorized service center and handed it over with service ticket number 003376. However, it has been about 50 days, and I have neither received my product back nor a replacement. Every time I call, I’m simply told to wait, without any concrete solution. Despite the product having a manufacturing defect, my refund request was also denied. I chose this fan because I believed it was durable and of high quality, and I paid ₺6,000 for it. However, I have been left deeply disappointed due to the inconvenience caused and the careless attitude of the service staff. I request that my product be refunded or replaced with a new and functional one as soon as possible; otherwise, I will be forced to take the matter to the Consumer Court.
