On 13 May at around 2:06 pm, I placed an order for chicken biryani from Lucky Restaurant through Zomato. While placing this order, the amount was debited from my family account, but the transaction on Zomato was not successful and the order was not created properly. The order ID related to this failed transaction is 8113790248. Since the money has been deducted from my account but I did not receive the order, this has caused both financial loss and inconvenience. I kindly request that the full amount deducted for this unsuccessful order be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
